Created using Kidney Puncher 26g Kanthal A1 for both cores and fused with Kidney Puncher 36g Kanthal A1. The coils are 6 wraps around a 2.5mm mandrel. Each unit comes with a set of 2 coils. Dual coil setups are approximately 0.22Ω once they are burning evenly. Coils are expected to ohm much lower prior to being properly adjusted to burn evenly. Coils are cleaned via an ultrasonic cleaner and steam-based autoclave prior to being packaged in a clear plastic jar bearing a printed label on top with a “K” on the bottom line for material identification purposes.
