Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE:  Our shipping policies have changed (02/18/2025)

We will only be processing orders 2-3 times a week now. We will usually be in the lab Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  Sometimes it may only be Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on holidays and volume.  Eventually, we plan to only process orders on the weekends.  Please order ahead of time to accommodate extra processing times.  Your order will be fulfilled and dropped in the USPS after hours night drop, so the Post Office won't process it until the next day.

***PLEASE NOTE*** Just because your tracking says the Post Office has not yet received the package does NOT mean it wasn't shipped out.  Our local post office almost never scans a package before sending it to the local sort center.  Rest assured that, if you received a tracking notice, your package was dropped in the after hours night drop that very same night.

Examples:

Orders placed between 6pm (Eastern) Friday and 6pm Monday will ship out Monday night, unless Monday is a holiday, then it will be Tuesday.
Orders placed between 6pm (Eastern) Monday and 6pm Wednesday will ship out Wednesday night, unless Monday is a holiday, then it will be Friday.
Orders placed between 6pm (Eastern) on Wednesday and 6pm Friday will ship out on Friday, unless Friday is a holiday, then it will be Monday.

Exceptions include:

• Holidays
• Any day the USPS mail doesn't run
• Any days HiggyCigs announces closings
• Or when we are backed up
• Wholesale orders take about a week to process.  We will let you know if we need more time.

Rest assured we are getting your order out as fast as possible. Please remember that we make your products to order after you order it, so there may be time delays during holidays, sales, and unforeseen situations.

Shipping Policy (Retail Customers)

USPS Ground Advantage: Free for all orders
(anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.)
Priority Shipping: $9 Flat Rate
(If your order does not qualify for Free Priority Shipping, you may select this to upgrade.)
Free Priority Shipping on orders over $59
(anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.)

International orders: Will utilize weight-based shipping by USPS.  The rate will vary depending on destination and weight.  You never pay more than we do.

Local customers (all Georgia residents):  There will be an option to "Pick up from Store" if you wish. If you wish to pay cash at the time of pickup, leave a note on the order.  Otherwise, you will receive an invoice by email. Please contact us to arrange a time to pickup.

These options are available for your selection at checkout.

We hate high shipping costs, but understand the need for something. We don't want to bury the shipping cost in our product mark-up, as that is unfair to our loyal customers who pick up from us on a regular basis. We also don't want to hide it until the moment your credit card is being processed!

All shipping is currently handled by USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships via email.  Please make sure that our emails are not going to your spam folder!

We will NEVER charge an outrageous handling fee!
